Conclusion

I’m now since a few days in Ushuaia and it’s time for a conclusion about this bike adventure. What stays at the end are of course the positive things, which anyway are the majority. Final Destiny: Tolhuim – Ushuaia

After more than 2’648km, I reached on Friday Ushuaia. This after a last time wild camping and a ride through a nice mountain landscape in sunny weather (Pictures will follow later on). So that’s it. Question: Transport of bike and trailer from Ushuaia to Switzerland

Does anybody of you have an idea how to transport a bike and a trailer from Ushuaia to Switzerland? I would like to avoid to take it as luggage with me because it’s expensive and complicated. Punta Arenas – Rio Grande

After reaching the most southern city on the South American continent, I moved on towards Ushuaia and reached on Sunday evening Rio Grande (AR). I did not take the standard path through San Sebastion but went through Onaisis – Cameron – Rio Grande – Radman (Border) – Rio Grande (AR) instead. Penguines – Isla Magdalena

For this I had to already be at the travel agency in Punta Arenas at 6.50 in the morning. From there we drove to the boat which brought us within 30 minutes through a kind of rough sea to the island.
